The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and shows no ads. The only personal information we receive is what you type into the contact form — and we use it for exactly one thing: getting back to you.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus optional fields (business name, budget range, project type, preferred session times, language preference). Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability, as virtually every website does. Your IP address is checked briefly in memory to limit spam submissions; we don't store it with your inquiry.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver services you request, and keep a record of our correspondence. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are delivered to us through service providers acting on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Discord (internal notification of new inquiries). Each receives only what's needed to deliver your message to us.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Email Sales@craftureco.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll handle it directly — there's no bureaucracy behind this site, just us.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If our practices change — for example, if we ever add analytics — we'll update this page and its effective date.
